How low can the price go for the type of smart fitness device you’d want? Swipe is interested in changing your view of the most for your money with a $22 USD fitness tracker called the F-Band.
The F-Band doesn’t have a heart rate monitor but it does feature sleep and exercise tracking as well as some notifications. Swipe provides an Android app with its F-Band and a 30-minute charge (that’s all it takes) will provide up to an entire week of battery life (that’s 7 days to be exact) with just a 55mAh battery. We’ve seen 300mAh and 400mAh batteries within smartwatches that can’t provide that kind of battery life! Additionally, the Swipe F-Band will go on sale in India for Rs. 1499, but there’s no word on whether or not Swipe will bring its new fitness tracker to North America, Europe, or other developed regions currently. The Swipe F-Band will go on sale on Thursday, January 7th, in India.
We don’t have any other details on the Swipe F-Band, but stay tuned to smartwatch.me for more coverage on this new fitness tracker. Would you want a fitness tracker for this price, or are you content with your current Fitbit or Jawbone?
