I've never had a Pebble though some friends of mine have it and I luckily, I got to see and navigate through the device and also heard their feedback about it. I wasn't convinced though and also thought that getting a different one is better. I've done my own research and hav decided to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Gear and believe that it's way better than the Pebble. What I just don't like about it is its batt life thus having to charge it every night. 
The best part? Its cam and Amoled screen! So generally speaking, I think functionality and looks wise, GG wins!
Samsung Galaxy Gear users, tell me why it's far worth your bucks than a Pebble.
