The RPG game Chaos Rings we told you about some days ago was teased to us, with the company saying that it was "coming soon." Well, that waiting period is over: Chaos Rings is now available at the App Store for Apple Watch for $5.99 (which is a sale price, if you must know).
The game preview sounds a bit depressing, to be honest, though folks who love the game may have a different take on it than I do. Apparently, you fight a string of battles in time. The preview says that "Time is impartial, it never stops, never turns back," "the past and present meet," "simple but engaging battles," "a dark and timeless world," and "a tragic tale of time's cruelty unfolds," meaning that apparently, there'll be a battle over time.
A little digging pulled up some further background on Chaos Rings for those who've never been introduced to it. In the words of Square Enix regarding the plot of Chaos Rings: > With no memory of their arrival, four lost couple [sic] find themselves in the Ark Arena, crawling their way through dungeons, engaging epic bosses, and climbing their way through a series of tournaments, the combatants must fight for their lives. Will you win the ultimate prize of immortality? Can you discover the truth behind this sinister gladiator-esque tournament? You'll have to complete each parties story to find out.
All in all, the game seems to be something similar to Mortal Kombat from my childhood days (okay, now I'm really showing my age here), but it should prove entertaining for those who've been playing the game on iOS and have an Apple Watch nearby. Chaos Rings has been inducted into the Apple App Hall of Fame and Google's Play Editors' Choice at the Google Play Store, so it's worth a play, at least.

Chaos Ring diehards, what do you love about this game? Are you glad to see it come to the Apple Watch, or are you more of an iPhone/iPad gamer instead who thinks the Apple Watch screen size is inadequate?
