If your moto 360 battery does not last long, you are looking to increase your Moto360 battery life, here is a guide on how to get better battery life from your moto 360
Step 1) Upgrade to the latest firmware!
We are reading reports of significantly increased battery time with the latest update, Build KGW42R released on 9/24/14. To see what firmware you are running, go to Settings by holding the power button and scroll down to About.
If you are wondering how to upgrade firmware on moto 360 - make sure it’s connected to your phone with internet, and in the dock and charged up to 80% before updating. Settings > About > Firmware Update.
Step 2) Turn off Ambient Screen in your settings.
Ambient Screen fades out the display slowly rather than just shutting off the screen (default mode) after the watch is inactive for a few seconds.
Step 3) Calibrate the Battery.
To properly calibrate it, fully discharge the watch to 0% and then fully charge it on the dock without touching it to 100%. If you do this simple trick you may see better battery life and much more accurate percentages.
Step 4) Limit your notifications!
Reducing the amount of notifications you receive on your Moto 360 means your screen will turn on less frequently and improve your battery life. Try muting some of your busy Hangouts group chats notifications or other busy notifications
