The new Moto 360 2015 Edition is out and about, but its $300 price tag doesn’t sit too well with consumers looking for an affordable gadget. Then and again, you could go with a fitness tracker – but you happen to want your smart wearable for something more than just fitness.
There’s good news in all this: the first-generation Moto 360, the one that first turned heads, is now available for the amazing price of $99.99! That’s right: the first glorious smartwatch that got attention is now available for the price of quite a few sophisticated fitness trackers. The watch had been discounted to $149.99 but has now been slashed by an additional $50.
The first-generation Moto 360 offers battery life of up to a day (according to Motorola), but most find that the device offers 8-14 hours with normal use (perhaps as much as 36 hours with light use). If you intend to purchase the 2014 Moto 360 at this sweet price, you’ll have to get it from the Google Store. There are only two color options (black and stone), and the stone color option is now out of stock – leaving the black color option. That’s all you can go with for now.
I know, I know, some of you are thinking that the black is fine but it isn’t the one you want. I’ve been eyeing the Champagne Gold-colored Moto 360 for months. For those of you who are interested in the same Moto 360 as I am, you can now pick up the “Champagne Champion” from Best Buy for $149.99. With just a $50 difference, it’s not hard to see which one you’ll pick up.
